From beach , restaurants and shops is 400m distance, but if you don't like, or you can't walk , house offers parkplace for your car by the beach.
House offers only 1 Apartement (for your peace and quiet) with one bedroom for 3 pax, kitchen-dinning with sofa bed for 1 pax, sh/wc, porch seafront, Sat-Tv, parkplace is by the house.
